Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product or need help selecting the right one for your skin type or concern, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@glowartistry.ca, and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping and Delivery Disclaimer:
By placing an order, you agree that neither the courier (Canada Post, Purolator, UPS) nor glowartistryshop.com can be held responsible for packages that are marked as Delivered but are subsequently stolen or go missing.
If your package is stolen or missing:
You must report the theft to your local police department and file a claim with your home insurance.
No refund or replacement will be issued by the courier or glowartistryshop.com for packages marked as Delivered.
If you won’t be available for delivery:
We recommend contacting the courier to reschedule the delivery to avoid this rare issue.
Proof of Delivery:
All couriers are equipped with GPS tracking. Even if a signature is not required, the GPS location at the time of delivery will serve as proof that the package was properly delivered.
Shipping Insurance:
Packages are insured while in transit only.
If an issue arises with your shipment before it is marked as "Delivered", we will file an insurance claim on your behalf and may resend your order.
